BEFORE LOOK (PICS FROM HALLOWEEN 2009)
AFTER LOOK (I covered a chipboard label with patterned paper and added my pics behind, I used some rubons for the title from scrapworks, adn cut the border design with my cricut using storybook cartridge. I just welded a few of the scrolls together to form a border. )
